TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (Nov. 15, 2013) The ETSU men s and women s cross country teams both finished among the top-18 teams at the NCAA South Regional on Friday with the men posting a 16th place finish, while the women notched an 18th-place finish at the Harry Pritchett Running Course in Tuscaloosa, Ala.
